Since its establishment in 1992, the Arabian Development and Training Academy (ADTI) has been at the forefront of vocational and aviation training in the Sultanate of Oman. Founded to meet the country’s growing demand for high-quality education and specialized skill development, ADTI has proudly served government institutions, private companies, and individuals for over three decades.
Headquartered in Al-Azaiba, Muscat, ADTI is a CAA-approved training provider with a rich history in offering aviation safety training, flight dispatch, cabin crew training, air traffic control, ground operations, and more. The institute’s commitment to international standards is reflected in its affiliations with ICAO, EASA, IATA and several regional authorities.
Today, ADTI continues to evolve, delivering training programs aligned with Oman Vision 2040, while also extending its services across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa under the A4O, Inovateens, NuroTech, StudioSur brands. With modern simulators, certified instructors, and customized curricula, ADTI stands as a trusted hub for future Aviation, Technology and Media professionals.
